At VoltBike, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electric bikes and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the bike or accessory is in its original packaging, clean, and includes all manuals, chargers, and components included in the initial shipment.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply for non-defective items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
